How Basti Treatment or Enema is a Important Therapy in Ayurveda?

If you undergo Basti treatment then it can cure your body from vata dosha. This is an important ayurveda treatment, it is also regarded as one among panchakarmas treatment. This kind of treatment is a good solution to cure problems like vata. When we talk of vata we realize that it is one among the three main doshas of the human body.

The Basti treatment cures this dosha with the help of ayurveda oil or herbal medicines. These are applied to the anus and rectum of the human body. This type of oil is to be used, when suggested by an experienced ayurveda physician.

An enema is given to the perwson for 5 / 7 / 14 days for getting the expected effects.
