Dr. Rohit Upadhyay BAMS

Dr. Rohit was immersed in Ayurveda and Yoga from a very young age, which manifested in various media. Rohit is proof that you can start Yoga at any age. After a decade of practising Yoga and Ayurveda, he knew he had to pass on the practice he loved. Within a week, he committed to a B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from Harrawala Ayurveda University Uttarakhand. For Rohit, Ayurveda and Yoga fit well together – he finds that drawing from the environment is a meditative process, bringing the present moment into focus. Being taught by Rohit is similar to this sensation: outside distractions drop away, and an inner stillness takes over.
