Charaka is credited with writing 120 chapters of the Charaka Samhita, a classic text of Ayurveda written in Sanskrit. MaharshiVishwamitra was the father of Susruta. This was the world's first book on Surgery ) in Sanskrit, written by him.

Tridosha Concept

Humans exist as a basis for Tridosha theory. Scientifically speaking, it describes a way of living. For proper utilization of tridosha, one must understand it in context.

Pancha Mahabhooth Concept (Five Elements Theory).

According to Hindu teachings, the universe, and the human body, are all composed of five elements called Panchatatva. There are five elements of existence, known as Panchamahabhuta or five transient forces: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

Supta Dhatu (Seven Bodily Tissue).

The body's structural and supporting units are denominated Dhatu in Ayurveda. Body tissue is Dhatu. Sapta Dhatu refers to the seven basic tissues that compose the human body, according to ayurvedic principles.

Agni (Digestive Fire).

Fire is the only apparent force capable of transforming solids into liquids, into gases, and vice versa. Fire or energy holds atoms together in our bodies. Ayurveda has digestion to be the key to health. Long-term health and well-being are directly influenced by your digestive fire.

Rasa (Six Taste And Their Corelation With Dosha).

Koshta (Nature Of Digestive Tract).
