Why Ayurveda?
Composed of two Sanskrit words, Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge, Ayurveda is an ancient Vedic science of life. A system of medicine which balance of body system with uses of herbal treatment and diet. Originated in Vedic India Ayurveda is a 5000-year-old system of the natural healing system. Ayurveda believes that our health is a dynamic integration between our body, mind, and spirit.
It is a science which not only heals our ailments but also offers us a path of a hale and hearty life. Our modern world is affected by a wide array of illnesses due to our fast-paced and hectic life schedule. With the advancement of technology and medical facility, many diseases also increase.
